Improvements #

The redelivery flag update is restricted after three redelivery flag attempts #

  • The redelivery flag can be applied a maximum of 3 times. Once the 3rd redelivery flag is used, any further attempts, such as a fourth, will be blocked. Staff members will not be able to apply the redelivery flag beyond 3 attempts.
  • Additionally, merchants should not have access to apply the redelivery flag through the portal. This restriction is already enforced through the flag settings in the staff portal.
  • Path : Settings → Flags → Redelivery Flag → Manage Settings
  • Uncheck “Merchant able” and Submit to prevent merchant access.

If the delivery attempt count exceeds 5, it should be displayed in red #

When the delivery attempt count exceeds 5, the attempt number will now be highlighted in red for better visibility.

Add a column called ‘Row Number’ to the ‘Assigned Order Report – Delivery Rider’ #

  • We’ve added a new column called ‘Row Number’ to the Assigned Order Report – Delivery Rider for both Excel Single Page and Excel All downloads.
  • This update makes it easier to quickly view and understand the total number of orders assigned to riders at a glance.

Banner Responsive Improvement #

  • We’ve improved the banner responsiveness to ensure a smoother user experience.
  • Now, when typing or pasting content into the banner, it will no longer create unexpected line breaks or start a new line automatically.
  • This helps maintain a clean and consistent layout for banner.

Optimizations #

Avoid order status duplication and avoid double submissions. (Double submit/ Status Duplication) #

We’ve made important updates to prevent duplicate order status and double submissions when entering or pasting waybill numbers—especially when using the auto-submit option.

🛠️ What was the issue?
Previously, if a user selected the auto-submit option and then pasted a waybill number, the system sometimes submitted the same waybill twice. This happened when the pasted number reached the maximum character limit expected for a waybill.

As a result, duplicate statuses were being created in some operations, including:

Main Office Operations:

  • RECEIVED TO ORIGIN WAREHOUSE (FAILED TO DELIVER)
  • RECEIVED FAILED BY WALKING CUSTOMER
  • DISPATCHED RETURN FROM ORIGIN WAREHOUSE
  • RETURN TO CLIENT
  • RECEIVED TO ORIGIN WAREHOUSE (INVALID DESTINATION)

Rider Operations:

  • PICKED UP
  • DISPATCH TO ORIGIN WAREHOUSE

✅ What’s been fixed?
We’ve resolved this issue by improving how the system handles auto-submit and pasted waybill numbers. The system now correctly recognizes the waybill and prevents any accidental double submissions or status duplications.

Login/ Registration optimization for merchant and staff portals #

We’ve improved how login and registration work for both the merchant and staff portals.

These updates make signing in and registering faster, smoother, and more secure.

You’ll notice quicker response times, a simpler experience when logging in or signing up, and better protection of your account.

This is all part of our ongoing effort to make your experience more reliable and user-friendly.

Improving speed, and usability of View Order Details Window #

We’ve made the “View Order Details” window faster and easier to use!

Now, when you check your order information, it loads more quickly and feels smoother to navigate.

We also cleaned up the design a bit, so everything is clearer and more organized.

Handle Frontend Lock When Queue Server Is Down #

To help protect data and avoid confusion, if the system detects a problem with the server while you’re using it, the screen will now lock automatically. This means you won’t be able to continue actions until the issue is resolved.

When this happens, a message will appear asking staff to contact the Curfox team for help.

If the order status update fails, a notification will be sent to the portal with the order waybill number. #

If there’s a problem updating the status of an order, the system will now send a clear notification to the portal. This message will include the order’s waybill number, so it’s easy to identify and follow up on the issue.


Hotfixes #

If SMS or email configuration is not set up, the UI should disable those options for sending notices. #

We’ve made a few helpful updates to make things clearer and smoother when sending notices via Email or SMS.

✉️ Email Settings

  • If the email settings are not fully configured (for example, the “host” is missing), the option to send notices via Email will no longer appear.
    👉 This prevents users from trying to send emails when it’s not properly set up.

📱 SMS Settings

  • If the SMS settings are incomplete (such as the URL being removed), the Send SMS option will now be disabled.
    👉 This avoids confusion and ensures SMS notices aren’t sent without the proper setup.

In short: If something’s missing in the settings, the system will now hide or disable those options — so you only see what’s ready to use!

Bugs #

If SMS or email configuration is not set up, the UI should disable those options for sending notices. #

We’ve fixed an issue with the “All Orders” report in Excel format (Row Wise). Earlier, when you downloaded the “Excel Page” version, some rows were breaking incorrectly—especially when a column had text with both quotation marks (” “) and commas (,).

This made the data harder to read and work with. The issue did not affect the “Excel All” download.

With this update:

  • – The row break issue is now resolved in the “Excel Page” download.
  • – We’ve also added a new “Remark” column to the report so users can see additional notes or comments for each order.
