UTILITIES

Through rider utilities option, the Rider can scan the waybill through QR scan or barcode scan to the system to update the status or change the settings . The rider utilities icon is as shown below.

Once the Utilities icon is selected the rider can use the

  • Barcode submit option
  • QR code submit option
  • and change settings option.

Barcode Submit option #

From the barcode submit option the rider can scan the waybill barcode through the app and then change the status.

Once the Barcode option is selected

Scan the Barcode of the waybill by clicking the “Start scanning” icon

The scanned waybills will be shown as a tag

Once the waybills are scanned select the status as shown below the click submit.

  • Picked up : The status change when the rider Picks up the order from the Merchant directly
  • Dispatched: The status change done by the pickup rider when the picked up order is dispatched tp the origin warehouse (head office)
  • Delivered : The status change done by the delivery rider when the order is delivered to the end customer.
  • Delivered – Pickup Rider: The status change done by the pickup rider when the orders is delivered to the end customer directly after picking up the order from the merchant.
  • Returned: The status change done by the delivery rider when the order is returned back (due the delivery attempt failure)

QR Code Submit option #

From the QR code submit option the rider can scan the waybill barcode through the app and then change the status.

Once the QR code option is selected

Scan the Barcode of the waybill by clicking the “Start scanning” icon

The scanned waybills will be shown as a tag

Once the waybills are scanned select the status as shown below the click submit.

Change Settings Option #

From the Change settings option the rider can enable the vibration and notification settings.

Once the settings option is selected

Once the Vibration mode is enabled, when the waybills are scanned the phone will vibrate notifying that the order has been scanned successfully.

Once the Notification mode is enabled the Push notification of the rider will be activated.
