Have resolved an issue where filters in the “All Orders” section were not functioning correctly when selecting “Status Before Receiving Order” and “Destination Warehouse” simultaneously. This fix ensures accurate filtering and seamless order management. Users can now apply these filters without errors to streamline operations effectively.

Enhanced Error Messaging for Frozen Branches when a different branch parcel is scanned – Dispatch from Origin Warehouse Status #

We’ve introduced a personalized error message when a parcel from a warehouse other than the frozen branch is scanned. For better clarity, the incorrect waybill warehouse and city box will turn red and stay highlighted until the next waybill is scanned. This enhancement enables quick error identification and correction, ensuring smoother workflows and improved operational efficiency.

Merchant Finance Approval Permission Fix #

In the Merchant Invoice section, we have resolved an issue where both the Approve and Reject forms for an invoice were missing the Submit button.

Branch Freeze #

When dispatching an order, it is crucial to freeze the branch to prevent the parcel from being sent to the wrong warehouse.

Purpose: This step ensures that the parcel is directed to the correct warehouse.

Solution: If you attempt to dispatch an order without freezing the branch, an error message will appear.
