We’re excited to introduce the Sorting History feature for staff Portal, designed to give you complete visibility into a parcel’s entire journey through our sorting system.
With this new update, you can now trace the step-by-step path of any order, allowing you to understand exactly how its sorting journey unfolded. This helps in tracking the parcel’s movement and identifying its precise location at each stage of the sorting process.
How it Works:
- Navigate to the All Orders table.
- Click on the Waybill number of any order to open the View Order Details window.
- Inside this window, you will find a new tab labeled “Sorting History”.
The Sorting History tab will display the following information:
✅Bucket Session Name: The name of the sorting session during which the scan occurred.
✅Bucket: The specific bucket the parcel was sorted into, indicated by its system-defined color.
✅Scanned By: The user who scanned the parcel into the bucket.
✅Scanned Date & Time: The exact date and time of the scan.
This feature provides a complete audit trail of a parcel’s sorting journey, allowing you to track its entire path and pinpoint its exact status at any point in the process. This enhances traceability and helps in quickly resolving any sorting-related inquiries.
