We’re thrilled to introduce the Saved Filters feature — designed to make your day-to-day order management faster, smarter, and more efficient. With Saved Filters, you can now save your frequently used filter combinations and reapply them instantly with just one click.
🧭 Feature Overview #
What It Does:
Allows users to save, apply, and delete custom filter sets on the All Orders page.
Why It Matters:
No more reapplying the same filters over and over! You can quickly access common views like “Today’s Dispatched Orders” or “Pending Deliveries” — saving valuable time in daily operations.
⚙️ How It Works #
1. Saving a Filter #
- Go to All Orders.
- Apply your preferred filters (e.g., by Status, Merchant, Date Range, etc.).
- Click the Saved Filters button.
- Select + Save Current Filter.
- Give your filter a descriptive name — for example, “Daily Confirmed Orders”.
- Click Save and you’ll receive a success message confirming it’s saved.



2. Applying a Saved Filter #
- Open the All Orders page.
- Click the Saved Filters button.
- Choose any saved filter from the dropdown list.
- The system will instantly reload your results based on that filter’s criteria.
3. Deleting a Saved Filter #
- Click the Saved Filters button.
- Hover over your saved filter — you’ll see a small ‘x’ next to it.
- Click the ‘x’ to remove.
- Confirm deletion by clicking “Yes, delete!” in the confirmation pop-up.
