Improve the “Allow False Branch Update” setting to Skip the Change Destination process for Correct Warehouse #
We have made an improvement to the “Allow False Branch Update” setting to make order processing smoother.
What’s Then?
Previously, when updating an order status from “Confirm / Received to Origin Warehouse” to “RECEIVED AT DESTINATION WAREHOUSE,” the system would automatically assign a temporary flag. This meant that users were required to go through the Change Destination process, even if the order had reached the correct warehouse.
What’s New?
Now, if the order reaches the correct destination warehouse, users no longer need to go through the Change Destination process, and a temporary flag will not be assigned. They can directly proceed with assigning the order to the destination rider.
Why This Change?
– Saves time by removing unnecessary steps.
– Reduces manual work when the order reaches the correct warehouse.
– Ensures a smoother order-handling process.
This update will help make operations faster and more efficient!
Hotfixes #
Avoid generating multiple small files in a ZIP when downloading Excel sheets for all orders. #
We have enhanced the process of downloading Excel reports for orders.
Previously, when downloading a report for an order count (e.g., 5000 orders), the system generated a zip document with multiple Excel files, with each file containing 1000 orders.
Now, the system has been optimized to generate a single Excel file for a minimum of up to 10,000 orders.
If the report generation fails, users will receive an email notification, ensuring they are informed of any issues.
This update improves the user experience by simplifying the download process and eliminating the need for multiple ZIP files.
Bug #
In Order upload, if the waybill number format is incorrect / for an unassigned waybill series, an error is not returned. ( Waybill Validations are missing) #
In the Order Upload process, if the waybill number format is incorrect or for an unassigned waybill series, for a small time no error was previously displayed, causing the screen to load indefinitely.
This issue has now been resolved, and errors will correctly display, ensuring smoother and more accurate order uploads.
